Wendy's friends social loyalty program.

In 2011, Wendy’s Canada asked us to help them become a social brand. We created a social loyalty platform that monitored fan activity and identified brand advocates. It helped us develop agile tactics and reward fans with meaningful incentives. And best of all, it gave Wendy's a 24/7 focus group and a meaningful way to engage them.
