T-Match was an interesting project and one that came out of a well-known consumer insight - people hate to talk to car salespeople. So, we developed a consumer research product called T-Match, to match potential Toyota customers to the vehicle that’s right for them. And behind the scenes, we used the data to inform dealers about potential in-market customers, the vehicle they wanted, and their specific lifestyle needs. We placed T-Match on dealer websites, in IAB ads, in Facebook… and where we needed to intercept customers during their vehicle buying journey.
